Every meeting includes: five minute massages for delegates after lunchtime, complimentary personal trainer to take delegates for a morning run along the banks of the River Thames (on request) and a brain food menu, which includes fruit smoothies, slow energy release dishes and healthy snacks.  These ‘energisers’ will help tackle the well-known problem of concentration and energy levels in conferences and meetings. All delegates also receive complimentary entry to the Spa Verta Health Club, a subterranean hydro/heat spa experience.
