Davy, Ireland’s leading provider of stockbroking, wealth management and financial advisory services, has announced the appointment of Conor Cahalane as Head of Davy Northern Ireland.
Conor, originally from Downpatrick, has held senior treasury and sales roles over the past seventeen years in London, Belfast and Boston with Anglo Irish, AIB and First Trust Bank.
Davy set-up its Northern Ireland office in 2007 and services the investment management and financial planning needs of individuals, charities and companies.
Along with his experienced team, Conor will seek to build on the strong foundations already in place and grow the client franchise both in Belfast and across the province.
Conor, an experienced professional in financial markets, has a 1st Class Honours Degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Operations Management.
Davy was founded in 1926 and has continually broken new ground in the industry by bringing about the expansion of financial and capital markets in Ireland and providing new opportunities for investors and growing companies. The company currently employs over 420 people.
