Timesheet Xpress Builds On Success In Architectural Sector
Timesheet Xpress, a global leader in time management software, has launched a new architect-focused marketing campaign. Its strategy is to build on recent successes in the architectural sector, highlighting cash flow inefficiencies in Europe’s architect's practices, and offering a simple remedy to help boost firms’ bottom lines.
Profitability amongst European architectural practices has steadily seeped away with a substantial decline in the construction sector. The result has been large-scale redundancies and battered cash flow forecasts. Timesheet Xpress has identified weak spots in professional billing practices and has launched a new European strategy to expand its share of the efficiency saving software market.
Keith Stafford, Timesheet Xpress’ Managing Director said: “Identifying substantial inaccuracies in professional billing practices spurred our development of advanced time management software. Our research proved that professional groups, such as architects, underestimate the amount of time they invest using poorly constructed, and often inaccurate time management practices.”
“We also discovered that many organisations use different terminology, even within their own team, leading to incorrect billing and inconsistent reporting systems.”
“As recessionary pressures begin to recede, we believe a new era of prudence and compliance is emerging. Timesheet Xpress enables architects to maintain securely networked data across their whole team, allowing managers to determine the true cost of time spent on individual projects.”
Stafford added: “When the economy is strong and growing, most firms are not overly concerned about transparent reporting systems. But when every billing hour matters, we believe firms are ready to adapt their compliance and cash monitoring systems, to ensure efficiency, and to enhance accountability.”
“On average, professional practices can spend as much as 10% of their time on billing issues. That significant time cost runs to thousands of pounds per month for some companies.”
“By integrating a seamless time management system with their existing accounting and CRM solutions, professional architects can be sure they have their finger on the pulse of their business, in the good times, and in the difficult months.”
“As part of this strategy, we are contacting clients who currently use a free version of our software, to offer them an upgraded service. Our client base is global, but it is the European market which we believe is ready to expand again in the coming months, and this is where our first phase of business development is focused this year.”
