Tracey Schofield has been appointed as a Partner at Tughans Solicitors.
She advises commercial, residential and mixed use developers, institutional and private investors on all aspects of commercial property including environmental and has been involved in several high-profile property acquisitions since returning to Northern Ireland and joining Tughans in May 2004.
Tracey graduated from Dundee University and Nottingham Law School. She qualified at City of London firm Olswang and subsequently worked for City of London firm Masons where she acted on behalf of central London land-owning clients on all aspects of landlord and tenant law and portfolio management on behalf of public and private companies.
As a dual qualified solicitor, Tracey advises on the legal aspects
of commercial property development, leasing, conveyancing and
portfolio management in Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
