HOUSE OF FRASER 80% RECRUITED

House of Fraser, the anchor department store at Victoria Square which is due to open on 6th March, has now recruited over 80% of its store staff and is currently recruiting for its remaining positions it was confirmed today.

The 200,000 sq ft store which has created 500 jobs is currently fitting out in time for opening in March.

Gary Slattery, General Manager of House of Fraser, Belfast said: “We have had an exceptionally positive response to the job opportunities available at House of Fraser, both in terms of numbers and the excitement for the brand. Michelle Jackson, Store Manager added, “Following our participation in the recent Victoria Square job fairs we have had a very healthy number of applications and we’re confident that we will be able to attract as equally a high calibre team in the coming days and weeks.

“We are now in the process of recruiting the remainder of the store team, this will include a mix of House of Fraser direct employees and those working for the national and international brands that will be available in our store such as Hamleys and Agent Provocateur. “
