New Planning Consultancy Launched, Belfast

A new planning consultancy has been launched in the heart of Belfast, it was announced today. TSA Planning based at Donegall Square East provides consultancy services to manage developments through the planning process.

TSA Planning director, Tom Stokes says, “As the Northern Ireland economy continues to grow, the infrastructure and buildings required to support that growth are becoming more important. The new executive is also clearly determined to improve the planning process and we believe we are very well placed to assist our clients through the changes ahead.”

With a wealth of experience handling a wide spectrum of planning and development proposals in the public and private sector in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, TSA prides itself in providing specialised planning consultancy services. Having previously acted for a number of major retailers and residential developers, Tom believes the planning consultants role to be key from past experience. “Increasingly planning consultants are the common interface between developers, architects, the planning service, other statutory agencies and the councils”, Tom continues. “We pride ourselves in providing a professional personal service and it is on the back of this that TSA has been established.”
