Cisero, an innovative global IT firm based in the United Kingdom, has announced completion of a major new client installation.
Cyril Johnston, a leading agricultural, horticultural and boating supplier, choose Cisero’s customer data management centre as a one-stop business management solution for it’s growing mix of door-step and online trading. With the installation complete, Cyril Johnston is preparing to launch a new business development initiative.
A unique tailor made sales and marketing platform, Cisero’s Curve solution includes operations, stock look-up and an ordering system in a clear-view dashboard control screen. Curve brings customer relationship management to a new level, offering seamless perspectives on all cost critical and control departments for small and medium-sized businesses.
Designed entirely in Northern Ireland, Cisero’s Curve system has been created as an innovative and transparent customer data solution. Cisero’s global presence is now being enhanced with the launch of a new marketing campaign targeting the United States, and the Gulf states.
George McCombe, Cisero’s General Manager, said: “Cisero Curve is a low-risk, affordable and highly flexible solution for business stretched by the constant need to renew and update several customer management systems.”
“Curve substantially reduces IT costs over time,” said McCombe, “however because it is a bespoke product, tailored from our dynamic structure, migration of existing systems from mainstream software packages, such as Sage, is made simple and secure.”
He added: “Curve can be remotely-managed using a robust, but easily accessible secure database. It needs no specialist hardware, no in-house systems-management expertise; it’s highly scalable and will integrate with most existing business management systems.”
Dolway Johnston, Managing Director of Cyril Johnston & Co. Ltd., said: “Our new customer management system is excellent. It outpaces all our previous solutions, not least because Curve houses all our essential data in one location. It has enhanced the service we provide to our clients, and crucially, it gives our customers 24/7 access to our business. They can look up parts, check our stock, order parts and machines and check their order and delivery status. Crucially, I can tell what is going on right across the business via a simple internet connection no matter where I am. It has integrated financial and stock control systems in a way which reduces risk, increases efficiency, and ultimately helps increase profitability.”
“On the customer service side, Curve enables a drill-down marketing approach, helping Cyril Johnston provide relevant and advanced support and sales services. Using a series of stand-alone packages, as most businesses do, leaves managers blind-sided by accounting or stock issues. Curve solves this problem.”
Cisero’s McCombe added: “Our target customer base is ideally employing between 5-200 employees and with a turnover in excess of £500,000. They will be seeking to grow their business with an emphasis on sound Customer Relationship Management and internet based business processing, with both B2B and Business to Consumer markets. Specifically, Curve provides a tailored alternative to accounting centric software, specifically within the entry to enterprise level functionality – Sage Line 50, Sage Line 200/500.”
